TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All new cover plans are subject to a technical inspection(free of charge)prior to being accepted for one of our plans.

All engineers that service/repair your heating system are fully insured and Gas Safe registered.

Once you have signed one of our service plans you will be deemed to have agreed with our terms and conditions.

As long as parts are available we will repair your boiler/heating system,as long as it is safe and abides by the current regulations.

The central heating must comply with the current regulations to be accepted onto our plans.

Breakdown will be treated as a priority over service calls,we will always do our best to attend within 24hrs.

If we cannot repair your heating on the day (possibly need to order parts) we can leave electric heaters on site.

You must give our engineers reasonable access to carry out any works.

Your cover will start 14 days after we accept your application.

If you choose to cancel within the first 14 days all money paid will be returned.

We will not cover any repairs arising from poorly designed systems, poorly installed systems,bad workmanship or damage caused by sludged up water or damage by other trades.

Payment must be made by direct debit or as a single annual payment, other methods may be accepted, ask before accepting.

Failure to pay on time will mean suspension of your plan until payment is made,if payment is not made by the next payment date the policy will be cancelled.

Whilst we are carrying out our initial inspection and there are works that are needed to be carried out to bring the system up to standard, we will quote you for it and they will need to be done before acceptance onto our plans.

Our plans cover domestic premises with 1 boiler.

Our plans exclude any flushes that may be needed to bring the system up to standard or flushes that may be needed in the future.

We will not cover any damage caused by floods,storms,freezing,lightning,explosion,subsidence or structural damage.

We will cover repair copper and approved plastic pipes, we will not cover non approved and non barrier pipe.

We will not cover underfloor heating.

We reserve the right to charge for work required to access pipework, eg pipes buried behind walls or floors.

We are not responsible for any damage caused to your property by a breakdown, lack of heat, burst pipes, etc.

Either party has the right to cancel this agreement with at least 28 days notice given in writing or by email.

If there are any changes to terms and conditions at any time we will contact you to notify you of this.

We reserve the right to cancel your agreement if you give us information that is incorrect, you or any one at your property uses threatening or abusive behaviour towards any of our staff or if we are unable to source a part through our suppliers and are unable to leave your system safe.

If you have a complaint please contact us and we will make every effort to resolve your complaint promptly.
